There are very few places left under the new tier system where you can socialise with someone else indoors or have a drink without having to buy a Scotch egg. (Subscribe: https://bit.ly/C4_News_Subscribe)

Along with the Isle of Wight and the Scilly Isles is Cornwall - home to just one percent of England's population - and the only county on the mainland which is in the lowest Tier one alert.

But despite the obvious relief among residents - many are calling on any tourists from higher tiers to keep to their own, stricter rules if they visit the area.
