Conservative Party Leader Pierre Poilievre said Wednesday that his party has put forward a motion to force employees of GC Strategies, the largest contractor to work on the ArriveCan app, to testify at a committee hearing. He said the motion would allow them to be arrested and brought to committee if they refused the summons.
