Colorado's Supreme Court brrs Trump from the primary ballot. It's a historic ruling: for the first time, the insurrection clause in the US Constitution's 14th amendment has been successfully used to disqualify a presidential candidate. Other states have tried to kick him off the ballot too but have failed.
