Civil servants have suffered mental health crises and lost their careers after working for Deputy Prime Minister Dominic Raab, according to union leader Dave Penman.

The General Secretary of the FDA, which represents civil servants, told Sky News that, currently, eight complaints into allegations Mr Raab bullied civil servants are being investigated, with around two dozen people involved.

Mr Raab has denied the allegations.

Mr Penman said: "I've spoken to people who are civil servants working and [who] have worked for Dominic Raab, who have suffered mental health crises, have lost their careers essentially because they've had to move and change jobs."
