The Russian space agency, Roscosmos, is all set to launch its moon mission Luna 25 for the lunar south pole in the early hours of Friday, reviving Soviet Union-era lunar exploration.This comes just four weeks after India launched its own lunar lander, Chandrayaan-3, which is scheduled to make a soft touch down at the Moon's south pole on August 23.

भारत के चंद्रयान 3 के साथ ही अंतरिक्ष की तरफ जाने की होड़ मच गई है. रूस भी इन देशों की श्रेणी में आ गया है. 11 अगस्‍त को लूना-25 के साथ ही रूस अंतरिक्ष मिशन में वापसी करने वाला है. करीब पांच दशक के बाद रूस का यह मिशन तब लॉन्‍च हो रहा है जब भारत के चंद्रयान 3 को लॉन्‍च किए हुए कुछ ही हफ्ते हुए हैं.
