Cancer: Two-week target to see specialist to be scrapped in England

NHS England has confirmed it's scrapping the target for cancer patients to see a specialist within two weeks.

Downing Street insists any change would not be imposed by the government, with any such moves led by clinicians - but approval would come from the Health Secretary.
