Canadian PM Justin Trudeau appeared before Canadian Parliament to underscore the "serious situation" after a car exploded on the Rainbow Bridge crossing at Niagara Falls.
Trudeau told Parliament "there are four border crossings that are right now closed ... additional measures are being contemplated and activated at all border crossings across the country."
He assured the incident was being taken "extraordinarily seriously" before excusing himself from the chamber.
