Canada's handgun freeze 'significant step' toward responsible gun control: public safety minister

Canada's Public Safety Minister Marco Mendicino joins Power & Politics to discuss the national freeze on handgun sales that came into effect today. He says the move will 'reverse the trend of a growth of a type of gun that has become the number one homicide gun killer in the country.'
