Bihar opposition leader Tejashwi Yadav, after a video of his phone conversation with a top Patna official surfaced, said: "One can imagine how bureaucrats speak to people." The Rashtriya Janata Dal leader also spoke about a clip that showed Nitish Kumar losing his cool. "Not the first time Nitish Kumar has lost his cool," Mr Yadav said.
