Get your workforce to do the same amount of work or more in a shorter amount of time. Some companies have begun experimenting with four-day work weeks with various results.

“We already can’t get the work done in five days, how on Earth could we get it done in four days? I was definitely apprehensive on it,” says Karen McCauley the CEO of ‘Fresh Squeezed Ideas.’

The company’s first stab at adopting a four-day work week didn’t work out so well, but with some tweaks ‘freedom Friday’ gave way to ‘flexible Friday,’ and the results were better than expected.
