Campaigners take to beaches to protest against sewage in UK waters

Protests have taken place on beaches and at rivers across the UK, as campaigners protest against the state of the country's waterways.

The demonstrations were organised by Surfers Against Sewage, and saw people - including Dame Kelly Holmes - paddling out into the waters to demand more action from the government.
