One of Jeremy Hunt’s biggest handouts will go to working parents in England and Wales.

Adults working more than 16 hours a week with children aged nine months to five years old will get 15 hours of free childcare.

However, the changes are a year off so that means those benefiting will not even be pregnant yet.
