BSP supremo Mayawati has announced that her party will boycott the address of the President today. Mayawati took to her Twitter Handle to anounce the boycott by her party. Significantly, Budget session will begin today with President RamNath Kovind's address. "It has been decided to boycott the President's address to Parliament, Also, do not make innocent peasant leaders a scapegoat under the guise of riots on Republic Day", reads her Tweet.
