BT Chief Exec 'ripping off' workers and customers says union boss

Communications Workers Union General Secretary Dave Ward said that BT's Chief Executive is "ripping off" workers and customers at the same time.

He spoke from the picket line as thousands of BT and Openreach staff walked out over a pay dispute.
