Bikru Case : एनकाउंटर में मारे गए मुख्‍य आरोपी अमर की पत्‍नी Khushi Dubey को SC से म‍िली जमानत

कानपुर के बिकरू कांड में मुख्‍य आरोप‍ित अमर दुबे की पत्‍नी खुशी दुबे को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने जमानत दे दी है। बता दें क‍ि सुनवाई से पहले उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने खुशी दुबे की जमानत का विरोध करते हुए अपना जवाब सुप्रीम कोर्ट में दाख‍िल किया था। बिकरू कांड में शहीद हुए यूपी पुलिस के जवानों के परिजनों की तरफ से खुशी दुबे को जमानत दिए जाने को लेकर विरोध दर्ज किया गया था बतादें कि इस मामले में अमर दुबे की पत्नी खुशी दुबे को आरोपी बनाया गया था और आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने खुशी को जमानत दे दी है।
