A major incident took place in Bihar late on Thursday night when Katihar Municipal Corporation Mayor Shivraj Paswan was shot dead by unknown miscreants. The mayor lost his life during treatment. Mayor Shivraj Paswan was riding his bike to home when the incident took place. Now, an FIR has been registered against 12 people including BJP MLA Kavita's nephew.
