Bihar Election 2020 Voting - Phase 1: Coronavirus safety protocols are in place at polling booths in Bihar as the state votes in the first phase of the assembly election. Voters without masks and gloves will be provided with them at the polling booths. Besides, sanitisation of electronic voting machines, wearing of masks and other protective gear by polling personnel and the availability of thermal scanner, hand sanitiser, soap and water has also to be ensured at polling stations.
