Biden: 'No doubt that we will be the winners'

In a very short statement from Wilmington, Delaware, Joe Biden has said he is still confident he can win the election.

He thanked supporters for their patience and repeated that "each vote must be counted".

Mr Biden has given two short televised statements over the last two days, but Donald Trump has not been seen on camera for the last 36 hours.
