The annual Bengaluru Tech Summit begins on Thursday - and this year, because of the COVID-19 pandemic, it will be virtual. The summit, to be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, will involve the signing of 12 MoUs and the participation of 25 countries. Deputy Chief Minister, Dr Ashwath Narayan, told NDTV’s Maya Sharma that Karnataka was miles ahead of other states in terms of information and technology and was on course to grow to a trillion-dollar economy.
