महाराष्ट्र में शिंदे और बीजेपी के गठबंधन वाली सरकार लव जिहाद के खिलाफ कानून ला सकती है. शीतकालीन सत्र में महाराष्ट्र सरकार यह कानून पारित कर सकती है. हालांकि उपमुख्यमंत्री देवेन्द्र फड़नवीस ने कहा है कि हम देश के अन्य राज्यों में मौजूद इस इस कानून को देख रहे है. अभी हमने कोई फैसला नहीं लिया है.
