Kent Police have been accused of posting 'insensitive and unacceptable' tweets surrounding the death of a 21 year old woman, which her mother told Sky News was 'horrendous'.

Azra Kemal died after falling from a bridge over a dual carriageway, and within hours the police posted congratulatory messages about their investigation using a meme from the film Top Gun.
