Allahabad High Court on Madarsa: इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने उत्तर प्रदेश मदरसा शिक्षा बोर्ड अधिनियम को असंवैधानिक करार दिया है. कहा जा रहा है कि ये अधिनियम धर्मनिरपेक्षता का उल्लंघन करता है और डिग्री देने के यूजीसी के अधिकार क्षेत्र का अतिक्रमण करता है. इस फैसले से 15 लाख से अधिक छात्र और हजारों शिक्षक प्रभावित होंगे. इस बीच मुस्लिम नेताओं ने हाईकोर्ट के फैसले पर हैरानी जताते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट जाने की बात कही है. जबकि यूपी सरकार कोर्ट के आदेश का पालन करने के लिए आगे की तैयारी कर रही है.

Meanwhile, Muslim leaders have expressed surprise at the High Court's decision and have talked about going to the Supreme Court. Whereas the UP government is making further preparations to comply with the court order.
