When nearly 7,000 grounded air passengers found themselves in Gander, Newfoundland and Labrador, the town welcomed them with open arms and hearts. One of those so-called 'plane people,' Shirley Brooks-Jones, has paid it forward with the Flight 15 Scholarship.
