A report by the UN and other aid agencies says that 350,000 people in Ethiopia's Tigray region are either facing, or living in, famine.
The area has been in conflict ever since November - when Ethiopian government forces entered the region to confront local leaders.
The war has already displaced more than two million people and destroyed the economy, including crops and farms, in the region.
Al Jazeera's Mohammed Adow reports.
